Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the wildlife tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit for kids, but I recommend it for kids 5 and up. They’ll have more fun and appreciate the wildlife spotting. Just make sure they’re ready for a full day outside, and it’s a good idea to bring snacks for them just in case!

Q: Are there any weather cancellations we should be aware of?

A: They usually run the tours unless there’s really severe weather, like heavy snow or lightning. If they have to cancel, they’ll give you a chance to reschedule or refund your money. Just be sure to check the forecast the night before!

Q: What should I wear for the wildlife tour?

A: Dress in layers! Mornings can be chilly in Jackson, especially if you're on the sleigh ride. Bring a good pair of binoculars if you have them – they offer some, but it’s nice to have your own. And definitely wear comfortable shoes since you might be hopping in and out of the vehicle a lot.

Thinking about gifting the Grand Teton Wildlife Tour - any thoughts?

I’m considering this private tour for my parents’ anniversary next month. They love nature and wildlife. It sounds amazing, with the sleigh ride and all the cool animals like moose and bison. Anyone done this? How was the lunch? Is it worth the price?

Just got back from the Grand Teton Wildlife Tour - wow!

Honestly, if you’re debating whether to go, just do it! Our guide was super knowledgeable, and we saw so much wildlife, including a family of elk. The sleigh ride was a highlight too! They provide a great lunch and the whole experience was just perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique day out!
