Q&A
A: Definitely layer up! Mornings can be pretty chilly in the Tetons, especially around sunrise. I'd recommend wearing a warm jacket, maybe a hat, and some comfortable hiking shoes. Once the sun comes up, it does warm up, so you can always shed a layer. Don't forget your sunglasses for later in the day!
A: This tour can be great for kids! If they enjoy nature and wildlife, they’ll love it. I saw families with kids around 8-12 years old when I went, and they had a blast. Just make sure they can handle some early mornings and a bit of hiking, but it's not too strenuous. The wildlife sightings really keep them engaged!
A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate! The provider is pretty flexible and will work with you to find a new date. Just keep an eye on the forecast and reach out as soon as you know there’s a problem. They won’t take you out if conditions are unsafe, like heavy rain or snow.

Just got back from the Grand Teton Sunrise Tour, and WOW!
I can’t recommend this experience enough! We saw so many animals, including a moose by Jackson Lake, and the hike around Jenny Lake was breathtaking. The breakfast on the beach was such a nice touch, and our guide was super knowledgeable. The binoculars really helped us get a closer look at the eagles overhead. If you're considering this as a gift, just do it!
Thinking about gifting the Grand Teton Sunrise Tour for my partner's birthday!
Has anyone done this tour? I want to make sure it's worth it. We're both outdoor lovers, and the idea of a private tour sounds pretty awesome. What was your favorite part? Any tips for maximizing the experience?
