Q&A

Q: What should we wear for the UTV ride and wine tasting? Is it dusty?

A: Definitely wear something comfortable and that you don’t mind getting a bit dusty! Closed-toe shoes are a must since you'll be on rough terrain. A light jacket can help for when you're wine tasting after the ride; it can get cooler in the evening. Bring sunglasses and a hat for protection from the sun while you're out on the UTV.

Q: Are there any age limits for the UTV ride? Can kids join?

A: Great question! Kids as young as 5 can participate in the UTV tours, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Just keep in mind that they need to be able to fit in the safety gear. Also, there’s usually a waiver for older kids to sign, so check with the provider ahead of time!

Q: How does the wine tasting part work? Is it a set amount of tastings?

A: During the wine tasting, you'll get to sample several selections from the local vineyard—usually about 5 or 6 different wines. They give you a little background on each one, which is really nice! It’s pretty chill, so you can really take your time enjoying the views and the company.

Thinking of gifting the UTV ride and wine tasting experience!

I'm looking to surprise my partner with the Greater Zion UTV ride and wine tasting tour for our anniversary. It sounds awesome! The mix of adventure and relaxation is perfect. Has anyone done this yet? What's the experience like—especially the wine tasting part? Should I be worried about anything specific?

What to expect on the UTV ride and wine tasting tour?

I booked the Greater Zion tour for next month, and I’m a little anxious about the UTV ride. I'm not super experienced with off-roading. Is it really bumpy? Also, how much wine do we actually get to taste? Trying to figure out if I should bring some snacks!
