Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for participating in the Greenwich Village Food Tour?

A: No age limit at all! Just keep in mind that this is a walking tour, so make sure the kids can handle that. There are plenty of food options that are kid-friendly, like the bagels and pizza. It could be a fun family outing!

Q: How does the 'pay what you wish' part work? Do you typically leave a tip?

A: So, you pay for the food you choose during the tour, and at the end, you tip the guide based on how much you enjoyed it. Most people leave around $10-$20, depending on how good the tour was. Just be honest about what you felt it was worth!

Q: What if the weather’s bad on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes! If the weather is really bad, you can usually reschedule the tour. Just reach out to CityShuffles as soon as you can, and they'll work with you to find another date. It’s best to check the forecast before heading out.

Just did the Greenwich Village Food Tour and wow!

I just got back from the Greenwich Village Food Tour, and it was amazing! We tried the best Margherita pizza I've ever had, and the guide was super cool. He showed us all these cool spots like the Friends apartment and a few hidden gems. I'd say we spent about $10 on food, plus I tipped the guide $15 because he was awesome. Highly recommend for food lovers!

Thinking about gifting the NYC Food Tour experience!

I'm considering the Greenwich Village Food Tour as a gift for my foodie friend. I love that it's a 'pay what you wish' kind of deal. I’m worried though, how many food stops are there? Like, will we get to try a lot of stuff, or is it just a couple of bites?
