Q&A

Q: What if it rains? Do they cancel the tour or continue regardless?

A: They usually continue the tour rain or shine, so be prepared for the weather! They recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing an umbrella if rain is forecasted. Just keep an eye on the weather to see if you might want to dress a bit warmer in colder months.

Q: Is this tour good for kids, or is it too scary?

A: The tour is generally suitable for older kids, but it might depend on their comfort level with spooky stories. Some parents have taken 10-12 year olds, and they loved it! Just make sure your kids can walk a mile comfortably.

Q: How hard is the walk? Is it really just one mile?

A: It's really not strenuous at all! Just a mile over an hour with plenty of stops and stories. The pace is pretty relaxed, and they keep it engaging, so you hardly notice the distance. Just wear some comfy shoes and bring water if it's warm!

Just did the haunted ghost tour—Super fun experience!

Hey everyone! I just got back from the Greenwich Village Ghost Tour last night. It started in Washington Square Park and we walked through the neighborhood, visiting some cool spots like Mark Twain’s House of Death. The guide was really knowledgeable and made it entertaining. I went with friends, and honestly, we didn't stop laughing and spooking each other! Highly recommend as a fun gift or if you want to experience NYC in a different light.

Considering the ghost tour as a gift—Thoughts?

Hi all! I’m thinking about getting my sister the Greenwich Village Ghost Tour for her birthday. She’s into history and all things spooky. Has anyone done it? Is it good for first-timers? I don’t wanna bail on her if it’s not worth it. Any tips would be appreciated!
