Q&A
A: There’s no official age limit for the Greenwich Village Walking Tour! It’s family-friendly, but keep in mind that some of the stories might be more suitable for older kids. My 13-year-old loved it, but I wouldn’t recommend it for really young kids who might get bored. Just be ready for some walking! Also, check if the tour provider has any special guidelines.
A: Yes! True Tales of NYC Walking Tours allows you to reschedule as long as you give them at least 24 hours notice. Just reach out to them directly via email. I had to reschedule due to rain once and it was no problem at all!
A: Wear comfy shoes for sure! You’ll be walking a lot through the West Village. Dress in layers since it can get cool in the shade. I wore a light jacket, and it worked great. Also, check the weather – I brought a little umbrella just in case!

Just did the Greenwich Village Walking Tour and it was amazing!
I took the Greenwich Village Walking Tour last week and wow, it exceeded my expectations! Starting at Washington Square Park, our guide had these incredible stories about the area's history, especially around the bohemian culture. The streets are so beautiful, lined with trees! I highly recommend it if you’re into artsy stuff or even just want to stroll around a unique part of NYC. Such a great gift idea for my friend who's visiting next month!
Thinking about gifting the Greenwich Village tour to my sister - any advice?
I found this Greenwich Village Walking Tour and think it’d be a great gift for my sister who loves history and art! But I’m a bit nervous about how she’ll like the stories. Anyone have any insights on the tour guide and the type of stories they tell? I want it to be a hit!
