Come explore lower Manhattan on two wheels! Cycle around Manhattan’s southern tip, climb uphill into the City Hall area, then up onto the Brooklyn Bridge itself. This will be a steady climb of about 15 minutes, stopping at the Brooklyn-side tower of the bridge for photos. You’ll be about 160 feet (about 50 meters) up. We have bikes for everyone, including children's bikes, adult bikes for varying heights and eBikes (16+).

Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the bike tour? Can kids participate?

A: Yes! Kids can definitely join this bike tour. They have children's bikes available, so as long as your kids can ride, they’re good to go. Just a heads up, the eBikes are for ages 16 and up. It's a great way to spend some fun outdoor time with the family!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

A: If the weather is really bad, they’ll usually reschedule the tour. It’s best to check the forecast and call them if you’re unsure. They want everyone to have a great time, so they keep safety in mind!

Q: What's included in the bike tour? Do you get any snacks or anything?

A: The tour includes a bike, helmet, and a bike bag. But no snacks are provided during the ride. I suggest bringing some granola bars or fruit for a quick energy boost along the way. You’ll be biking quite a bit, especially up to the Brooklyn Bridge!

Anyone done the bike tour around Lower Manhattan? Considering it for my friend's birthday!

I’m thinking about gifting the guided bike tour of Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge for my friend's birthday. Has anyone done this? What’s it like? I heard you get to go up on the Brooklyn Bridge, which sounds awesome. Is it a tough ride? I just want to make sure it’s not too extreme for a casual cyclist.

Looking for tips on the Lower Manhattan bike tour!

I just booked the guided bike tour for this weekend! So excited, but a bit nervous about the ride back up after the bridge. Is it manageable? Also, what should I wear? I've never done a bike tour before.
