Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but kids under 18 typically need an adult to rent a bike. You can also rent a tandem bike or a child seat for younger kids. Just check with Cycle Park NYC for more details on bike options for kids!
A: Dress comfortably! I recommend wearing athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes. The paths can get a bit bumpy, so avoid flip-flops. If you're riding in summer, don't forget sunscreen and maybe a light jacket for later in the evening.
A: Parking in NYC can be tricky! There's street parking around, but it's usually metered and can fill up quickly. I recommend using a nearby parking garage if you’re driving. If you're taking the subway, it's really convenient—just hop off near the park.

Thinking about giving a Central Park Bike Tour as a gift!
I’m planning to get my sister a guided bike tour of Central Park for her birthday. She loves cycling and has never been to NYC. I heard it’s a chill ride and you can rent a bike for two hours. Has anyone done this? What’s the best way to enjoy the tour? Any tips?
Just did the Central Park Bike Tour and it was awesome!
I took the Guided Central Park Bike Tour last week, and wow, it exceeded my expectations! The paths are so serene and the lakes are beautiful. We rode for about two hours and got to see the Bow Bridge and Bethesda Terrace. The bikes were in great condition too. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting NYC!
