Over 500 5-star reviews on other platforms! Why? Our guides at Adventures Kayaking love what they do! We do our very best to make sure you have a great time out on the water while learning about our beautiful Estero Bay estuary, the largest in SW Florida. Wildlife is abundant with healthy shorebird populations, and prime dolphin (year round) and manatee (warm water months) habitat. We launch from Big Hickory Island to paddle hidden mangrove tunnels and explore the west island beach... a beach that is only accessed by watercraft! Let us show you why our customers love this tour!

Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the dolphin eco tour? Is it all wet?

A: Comfortable, lightweight clothing is best. You'll probably get a bit splashed, so wear a swimsuit or quick-dry material. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen too! Water shoes or sandals that can get wet are also good; just avoid anything too slippery.

Q: Are there age limits for this tour? Can kids join?

A: The tour is kid-friendly! However, young children (under 5) might need to be in a tandem kayak with an adult. It's a great bonding experience and the guides are awesome with kids! Just make sure they can handle a couple of hours on the water.

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, they’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a refund. They really prioritize safety and won’t take you out if conditions aren’t good. Just check your email for updates around the tour date!

Just booked the Guided Dolphin Eco Tour! Any tips?

I'm so excited! Just booked the kayak tour for next month in Fort Myers Beach. I’ve heard so many great things about the guides at Adventures Kayaking. I really want to see some dolphins! Has anyone spotted manatees on this tour? What’s the best time of year for that? Any tips for first-timers?

Dolphin Eco Tour was AMAZING!

Just came back from the eco tour and wow, it was everything I hoped for! The guides were super fun, and we got to paddle through some awesome mangrove tunnels. We saw a bunch of dolphins swimming right next to us! Plus, they took great photos for us. Totally worth every penny. Can’t recommend it enough!
