Q&A

Q: Are there any age or fitness requirements for the guided ebike tour?

A: The tour is great for all fitness levels! There’s no strict age limit, but kids should be able to ride comfortably on their own. The guide will also help anyone who needs a bit of extra support. Just remember, the e-bike requires pedaling, so if you’re not used to cycling, it might feel like a workout!

Q: What should I wear for the ebike tour? Is it casual or more sporty?

A: Definitely go for comfy, sporty clothes! Layer up since it can get chilly in the morning or near the lake. Good shoes are a must—something you can pedal in without worry. And don’t forget sunscreen; the views are amazing, but you’ll be out in the sun.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, if the weather isn’t cooperating, they usually offer a chance to reschedule without any penalties. They’ll reach out to you to discuss the options. It’s best to check the forecast and have a flexible schedule if you can.

Thinking about gifting the Acadia ebike tour for my parents!

I just stumbled upon this guided ebike tour in Acadia National Park, and it looks incredible! My parents are visiting Bar Harbor and love nature but aren't super fit. I’m nervous they might struggle with the biking part. Has anyone done this? Is the pace really manageable for older folks? I want them to enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed!

Just came back from the Acadia Ebike Tour and WOW!

I went on the guided ebike tour last weekend and it was amazing! The views from Eagle Lake were unreal, and the rides on the carriage roads were so smooth. Plus, our guide was super knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Just a heads up, the hills can be a little tough, but the e-bikes really helped. Bring a good camera!
