Q&A
A: The minimum age for kids is usually around 12, but they must be accompanied by an adult. It's a great family activity as long as the kids are tall enough to reach the controls! Just be sure they dress warmly since it gets chilly on the snowmobiles.
A: If the weather's too rough, they typically reschedule your tour to a later date. Just give them a call as soon as you know you can’t make it. They’re really flexible with rescheduling, especially during the winter months.
A: They provide pretty much everything you need—heated helmet, gloves, snow jacket, and bibs. Just wear warm layers underneath. Some thermal gear is a good idea since it can get really cold out there. Don't forget to wear boots that are waterproof too!

Just got back from the Fairbanks snowmobile tour—amazing experience!
I just did the guided snowmobile tour outside North Pole, and wow, what a thrill! The snowmobiles are super comfy and fast. We zipped through these gorgeous forests and even saw a couple of moose! The guide was friendly and really knowledgeable about the area. Just a heads up, bring some warm layers because it gets chilly with the wind. Totally worth it as a gift for my adventure-loving partner!
Considering this snowmobile tour as a gift—any tips?
I’m thinking about getting the snowmobile tour for my dad’s birthday! He loves winter activities but has never done snowmobiling. What should I know before booking? Are the guides good with beginners? Would appreciate any tips!
