Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this hike? Can kids join?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but I'd recommend it for kids 10 and older since the hike is moderate and about 4 miles long. It can get a bit steep in places, so younger kids might struggle. Plus, having them along could be a fun bonding experience! Just make sure they’re comfortable walking that distance.

Q: What should I wear for the Lime Kiln hike? Is it rocky?

A: Definitely wear sturdy hiking shoes with good grip, since the trail can be rocky and uneven in spots. Lightweight, breathable clothing is great because it can get pretty warm. Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen if you're hiking during the day!

Q: If the weather is bad, do you get a refund or can you reschedule?

A: The policy allows you to reschedule for bad weather, but you won't get a refund. It's a good idea to keep an eye on the forecast before booking. If there’s a chance of storms, definitely reach out to see what your options are!
