Q&A
A: The forest bathing sessions are open to all ages, but kids should be accompanied by an adult. The experience is designed to be relaxed and gentle, so it’s great for kids who enjoy nature. Just keep in mind that the activities are slow-paced, so it may require some patience from younger participants!
A: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is key! I recommend wearing sturdy shoes, as it can get a bit muddy depending on recent weather. Layers work well since it can be chillier in the morning. And don’t forget to bring a hat or sunglasses if it’s sunny!
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Fru will reach out to reschedule your session. She’s really accommodating and wants everyone to have a great experience. Just keep an eye on the forecast and communicate any concerns in advance!

Thinking about gifting a forest bathing session in Westchester!
Hey everyone! I’m considering giving my mom a guided forest bathing session for her birthday. She loves being in nature but has never done something like this before. Has anyone tried it? What was your experience like? I want to make sure it’s relaxing for her, and I’m a bit worried about bugs since it’s outdoors. Any tips?
Just did the forest bathing session and wow!
I just got back from the guided forest bathing at Serene Woodland Park, and it was such a dreamy experience! Fru led us through some awesome sensory activities, and I felt so connected to nature. The location is beautiful, but definitely wear shoes that can handle a bit of mud. Can't wait to go again!
