Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids to join the Eco Paddle Tour?

A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but it's best for kids aged 8 and up. They must be able to paddle independently. Little ones can sit in the front of the paddleboard with a parent. Just keep in mind that it can be a bit challenging for younger kids if it's breezy!

Q: What should I wear for the Eco Paddle activity? Is it okay to wear sandals?

A: You’ll want to wear something comfortable and quick-drying! Swimwear with a cover-up is perfect. As for footwear, sandals with straps are fine, but water shoes or flip-flops are better if you plan to get in the water. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat!

Q: What happens if the weather turns bad? Can we reschedule our paddle?

A: If the weather is bad (like high winds or storms), they’ll definitely reschedule. Emerald Coast Aloha is super flexible and will work with you to find another time. Just make sure to check their policy when you book. It’s a good idea to have a backup plan in case your first choice doesn’t work out!

Thinking of gifting the Eco Paddle Tour for my friend’s birthday!

I found this Guided Stand Up Paddle Activity in Panama City Beach and it looks awesome! It's led by local guides, which I love. I think my friend would enjoy the nature part of it, plus it’s a fun way to be active. Anyone done this? How was your experience?

Anyone know if the Eco Paddle Tour is good for beginners?

I’m not very experienced with paddleboarding, but I really want to try the Eco Paddle Tour at Lake Powell. I read you don’t need prior experience, but can someone confirm? Also, how hard is it to keep balance?
