Q&A

Q: Do you know if the boat tour runs if it rains?

A: Yes, the boat tour does operate during light rain, but if there's severe weather, they’ll cancel and reschedule. Make sure to check their weather policy when booking. It's a good idea to bring a light jacket or poncho just in case!

Q: What should I wear on the boat tour? Is it hot out there?

A: I'd recommend wearing light, breathable clothing and definitely a hat and sunglasses. It can get pretty warm out on the water, so don’t forget sunscreen too! Some folks brought snacks which was nice, but they do provide life jackets.

Q: What's the age limit for kids on the tour? Is it suitable for younger kids?

A: Kids of all ages are welcome on the tour, and they provide life jackets for children, so it’s pretty safe! It's a fun experience for the whole family, especially if your kids love animals—they might see dolphins and manatees up close! Just keep an eye on younger ones near the edges.

Just did the Guided Boat Tour of the Indian River Lagoon—amazing experience!

I recently took the two-hour boat tour in Cocoa Beach and wow, it was fantastic! We saw several dolphins swimming right next to the boat and even spotted a couple of manatees! The guide was super knowledgeable about the ecosystem. I can't recommend this enough for anyone looking for a unique gift experience—it's perfect for nature lovers! Around $50 a person, totally worth it.

Considering gifting the boat tour—any thoughts?

I’m thinking about giving this boat tour as a gift for my partner’s birthday. He loves the outdoors and animals, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. Has anyone done it recently? What was your experience like?
