Austin is full of scary stories (and we’re not just talking about the rent prices or traffic.) Join us on this delightfully ghoulish, 18+ adults-only, guided walking ghost tour that highlights some of downtown Austin’s most haunted locations! We'll tell tales of other things that go bump in the night from Austin’s first serial killer to urban legends and even some cult activity. The tour is a “boo-tique” experience where we take our storytelling seriously, but not ourselves! We strive to provide engaging ghost tours that honor the spirits we’re discussing without bogging them down with long historical asides you’ll surely forget about. (We also love a good pun...) Please note: This tour is not a deep dive into Austin’s city history and is NOT a paranormal investigation. The only building we’ll go inside is the Driskill Hotel when available. If you see a ghost in a window or have an unexplained experience, that’s a cherry on top! We’re simply purveyors of spooky tales.

Q&A

Q: Is there a chance to reschedule if my friend can't make it on the original date?

A: Yes! If your friend can’t make it, you can usually reschedule the tour with a bit of notice. Just reach out to the Ha Ha Hauntings folks and they’ll help you out. They’re pretty accommodating as long as you give them a heads-up. It's always best to check their website for the exact policy, though!

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

A: Yes, this tour is strictly for 18 and older since it includes some adult-themed stories. So, if you’re planning to gift this to someone younger, you'll need to find something else. Just keep in mind, it’s all in good spooky fun, but definitely not for kids!

Q: What should I wear for the ghost tour? Is there a lot of walking involved?

A: Definitely wear comfy shoes because there's quite a bit of walking involved! Dress for the weather too, since it's outside. In Austin, it can get hot, so breathable clothes are a must. And if it's chilly, some layers might be nice. Oh, and bring some water to stay hydrated!

Just did the Ha Ha Haunted Austin Tour! 🎃

I went on the Ha Ha Haunted Austin Walking Ghost Tour last weekend and it was a blast! Our guide was hilarious and shared some crazy stories about Austin's haunted history. We even got to peek inside the Driskill Hotel, which was super cool. If you’re looking for a fun night out that’s a little spooky, I totally recommend it! Just make sure you have your walking shoes ready!

Thinking about gifting the Haunted Tour for Halloween!

Hey all, I'm considering buying the Ha Ha Haunted Austin tour as a gift for my sister's birthday, which is close to Halloween. She loves spooky stuff! Has anyone done this? Is it really fun and engaging? I want something that will be memorable for her!
