Q&A
A: No age limit at all! The luau is family-friendly and kids will definitely enjoy the activities and performances. It's a great way to introduce them to Hawaiian culture, plus there’s a buffet that has options for all ages. Just keep an eye on them during the fire knife dance; it can get pretty intense!
A: Getting to Mauna Lani is pretty straightforward! There's valet parking included, which makes it super easy. Just plan to arrive a bit early—maybe 30 minutes before starting time—to find the best parking spot and enjoy the welcome activities. Plus, the area is stunning, so it’s nice to take some pics!
A: Casual is the way to go! Think beachy vibes—light dresses, shorts, or linen shirts work perfectly. You might want to bring a light sweater since it can cool down at night. And don’t forget comfy shoes; you'll be dancing and enjoying the performances!

Just went to the Hale Hoaloha Luau—such a blast!
I recently attended the Hale Hoaloha Luau at the Mauna Lani and WOW, it was incredible! The setting is gorgeous, and witnessing the pig being taken out of the imu was definitely a highlight. The buffet had so many options, and the hula performances were mesmerizing. The fire knife dance was super exciting too! If you're considering it as a gift, I can't recommend it enough!
Thinking of gifting the Luau experience—need advice!
I'm considering gifting the Hale Hoaloha Luau for my parent's anniversary. They love Hawaii and I think this would be perfect! But I’m a bit nervous about the whole experience. How’s the seating? Is it really worth the price?
