Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour? Thinking about taking my 10-year-old.

A: There’s no specific age limit for the tour, so your 10-year-old should be totally fine! It’s designed to be family-friendly, and kids typically have a blast seeing the sights. Just make sure they’re up for a bit of travel time in the mini-coach!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they cancel the tour?

A: They usually run the tour rain or shine! If there are severe weather conditions, they’ll let you know and help you reschedule. Just bring a light jacket or umbrella if the forecast looks sketchy.

Q: How much walking is involved? Is it suitable for someone with mobility issues?

A: There's a moderate amount of walking at the stops, especially at The Grove and Hollywood Walk of Fame, but the mini-coach is pretty accessible. Just check with the provider ahead of time to make sure they can accommodate any specific needs!

Just did the Half Day Best of LA Tour—here's my review!

I went on the Half Day Tour from Santa Monica last week, and it was awesome! The guide was super entertaining and gave us great trivia about each spot. Beverly Hills was stunning, and we had enough time at The Grove to grab lunch at the Farmers Market. Loved seeing the Hollywood Sign from Griffith Observatory too! Overall, highly recommend this for anyone who wants a quick taste of LA!

Gift idea for my brother—Half Day LA Tour?

I’m thinking about getting my brother this tour for his birthday since he loves LA but hasn’t explored much. How's the vibe with the tour groups? Are they usually fun? Also, what's the best time of year to do this?
