A: Great question! The tour is suitable for all ages, but I'd recommend it for kids over 5 since they can really participate. Captain Eddie is super friendly and great with kids. Just make sure they can swim a bit, especially if you plan on shelling and swimming off the boat!
A: The best time is definitely late spring to early fall when the weather is warm and the waters are calm. Just be aware that summer can get pretty hot and crowded. I’d recommend going early in the day to avoid the heat and the crowds!
A: Yes! If the weather is bad, Captain Eddie will contact you to reschedule or cancel. They’re pretty flexible with it, but if it’s just a little rain, they might still go out! I’d recommend checking with them a day or two before just to be sure.

Hey everyone! I’m looking to surprise my husband with the Half-day Fishing and Shelling Tour in Panama City Beach. We both love fishing, but we’ve never done shelling before. I saw that they provide all the bait and tackle, which is awesome! Has anyone been with Captain Eddie? What should we expect? How’s the swimming aspect?

Had the best time on the Shell Island Tour with Captain Eddie! We caught a ton of fish and the shelling was so much fun. The snacks were a nice touch too. Just be ready to swim; it's so refreshing. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun day out!
