Q&A

Q: What should I wear during the safari? Are there any recommendations for shoes?

A: I did the Half Day Group Sunset Wildlife Safari last month and wore comfortable hiking shoes and layered clothing. The mornings can be chilly even in summer, so a light jacket is a good idea. Also, bring a hat and sunglasses to protect from the sun during the tour as you'll be outside a lot!

Q: How likely is it that weather will impact our safari plans? What happens if it rains?

A: They do their best to go out in all weather conditions, but if it's severe, they’ll reschedule for you. Just check the forecast a day or two before your trip. Rain jackets are provided if it drizzles, and the wildlife is often more active in cooler weather anyway!

Q: Is this tour suitable for kids? What age do they recommend?

A: Yes, it's definitely family-friendly! The tour is designed for all ages, and kids love spotting wildlife. They recommend kids be at least 5 years old for optimal enjoyment, but younger ones can come along if they can sit still for a while. Just be mindful of the hiking sections.

Just got back from the Half Day Group Sunset Wildlife Safari!

Wow, what an experience! We saw so many moose and even a bear! The views of the Teton Range at sunset were breathtaking. Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared great stories about the wildlife and the park's history. If anyone's considering gifting this, I say go for it! Perfect for nature lovers or anyone looking to explore more of Wyoming.

Thinking of booking the Half Day Group Sunset Wildlife Safari as a gift!

I'm considering this for my parents' anniversary. They love nature but I've heard some tours can be a bit crowded. How was your experience with the group size? Did it feel personal enough?
