Q&A
A: I'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes like hiking boots or sneakers since the ground can be uneven and sandy. Layers are a good idea too, as it can get warm in the canyon but cooler in the morning. Definitely bring a hat and sunglasses for Horseshoe Bend - it can be pretty bright out there!
A: The tour usually allows about 1.5 hours in Lower Antelope Canyon and around 30-45 minutes at Horseshoe Bend. This gives you enough time to take photos and soak in the views, but if you're a photographer, you might feel like it’s a bit rushed. Definitely communicate with your guide if you want to spend more time in either spot!
A: Yes, this tour is suitable for older adults, but it can be a bit strenuous in some areas of the canyon due to uneven terrain. It's best if they're reasonably mobile and can handle a bit of walking. Just check with the tour provider beforehand – they can provide guidance based on their fitness level.

Just got back from the Antelope Canyon + Horseshoe Bend tour – amazing!
I did the Half Day Lower Antelope Canyon + Horseshoe Bend tour last week, and it was unforgettable! Our guide was a local Navajo who shared so much history about the area. The canyon was incredible, just stunning photography spots everywhere. We spent roughly 1.5 hours in the canyon and then headed to Horseshoe Bend. Bring your camera – you won't regret it! It's a bit of a climb at Horseshoe Bend, but totally worth it. I think I’m gonna gift this tour to my parents next!
Considering the Antelope Canyon combo tour for my boyfriend's birthday!
