Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for kids on this rafting tour? Thinking about taking my 7-year-old!

A: Great question! This tour is very family-friendly, and kids as young as 5 can join. Just make sure they’re comfortable in the water and wearing a life jacket. Also, be aware that the guide will keep things fun and engaging for everyone!

Q: Can you reschedule if we get rained out? I don't want to take a chance on the weather.

A: Absolutely! If there’s bad weather and the tour gets canceled, you can reschedule for another date that works for you. Just make sure to call them ahead of time to check availability. They’re pretty flexible!

Q: What should we wear for the rafting tour? Is it hot out there?

A: You should definitely wear swimwear or quick-dry clothes. It can get hot in Phoenix, so sunscreen and hats are a must! Also, water shoes are a good idea since you'll be getting in and out of the raft. Don't forget a light jacket if you're sensitive to cooler breezes on the water!
