Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the private boat tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit for kids on the Funship! Just keep in mind that younger ones will need to wear life jackets, which are provided. It's a super family-friendly experience, and kids usually love the slide and dolphin watching. Just make sure they’re comfortable with being on a boat.

Q: What should we wear? Is it okay to swim during the tour?

A: Wear swimwear and bring a cover-up! You can definitely swim during the tour at the sand bars, which is one of the highlights. Just don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a hat. The boat has a slide – it’s so much fun to jump off and into the water!

Q: What happens if it rains? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather isn’t safe for boating, they’ll usually reach out to reschedule or give you a full refund. It’s best to check their cancellation policy when booking. Just keep an eye on the forecast, and you can always call them if you're unsure!

I’m looking to surprise my partner with this private boat day in Clearwater. The idea of dolphin watching and island hopping sounds amazing! I read there’s a slide on the Funship, and they provide drinks. Just curious if it’s worth the price. Any feedback would be awesome!

Just did the half-day boating tour! Here’s my take.

We just returned from our private boat tour with A Boat Day, and it was INCREDIBLE! We swam at a secluded beach, saw tons of dolphins, and the slide was a hit with everyone. Our captain was super friendly, and they provided everything, even a cooler. Highly recommend it for a day out with friends or family!
