Q&A
A: Kids of all ages are welcome on the tour! It’s perfect for families. Just make sure to bring life jackets for the little ones if you want them to swim. The sandbar is shallow, so it’s safe for them to play around under supervision.
A: Casual is totally the way to go here! Think swimsuits, cover-ups, and flip-flops. You might also want a hat or sunglasses for sun protection. And don't forget a towel!
A: There’s a parking lot near the marina where the tour departs. It’s usually pretty accessible, but I’d recommend getting there early during peak season. Parking fees can vary, so check in advance to avoid surprises!

Thinking of gifting this Alligator Reef tour—anyone tried it?
I want to get my dad something special for his birthday, and this Half Day Private Tour to Islamorada sounds awesome! I love that it’s family-friendly and even allows dogs. Just curious about how the experience was for you and if you’d recommend it! What did you enjoy most?
Just got back from the Alligator Reef tour—what a blast!
I took the Alligator Reef tour last weekend and it was so worth it! The boat ride was fun, the captain was super friendly, and the sandbar was gorgeous. We swam, had a picnic, and even saw some cool fish! Definitely recommend this as a gift or for yourself!
