OMG, I just got back from the Half Day Salmon Fishing Charter with Saltwater Safari and it was incredible! We caught 12 salmon (between two of us) and they filleted everything on the spot. The crew was super helpful and shared great tips. Definitely pack a cooler if you plan on taking the fish home. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about it!
