Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the suspension bridge tour? Is it cold up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! The weather can change quickly in Skagway and Yukon. I'd recommend a warm jacket, gloves, and sturdy shoes since you'll be walking on the bridge and around the area. Also, don't forget your camera for those stunning views!

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour? Would my 6-year-old enjoy it?

A: There's no official age limit, but kids usually love it! The tour is pretty family-friendly, and the suspension bridge is safe for children. Just keep an eye on them, especially with the height. My 7-year-old had a blast taking pics and learning about the wildlife.

Q: How's the parking situation near the tour departure site? Is it easy to get to?

A: Parking is pretty straightforward! There are lots of spots available near the tour office. Just get there a bit early to grab a good spot, especially during peak season. The area is easy to navigate, and the guide will give clear directions on where to meet.

Thinking about gifting the suspension bridge tour in Skagway!

I’m considering this half-day suspension bridge tour for my brother's birthday. He loves outdoor adventures and I think he’d freak out over the views! The tour includes a knowledgeable guide and I heard the photo stops are amazing. Just wondering how long the tour actually lasts? Anyone done it yet?

Just got back from the Skagway suspension bridge tour!

OMG, the views from the suspension bridge are unreal! The tour guide was super knowledgeable and shared some great local stories. We stopped at this cute coffee shop afterward, and I found some unique souvenirs. Highly recommend this if you’re in Alaska!
