Q: What should we wear for the kayak and snorkel tour? Is it safe for kids?

A: You’ll want to wear a swimsuit and a light cover-up, plus water shoes if you have them. Definitely bring sunscreen and a hat! It's safe for kids as long as they’re comfortable in the water and can paddle a tandem kayak with an adult. Just make sure to check the weather beforehand.

Q: What happens if it rains? Do they cancel the tour?

A: If there’s light rain, they usually still go out, but heavy storms can lead to cancellations for safety. They’ll contact you about rescheduling options if that happens, so keep your phone handy! Always check the forecast the day before.

Q: How do the lunch options work? Can we choose once we book?

A: You’ll get a call/email after booking to choose your lunch. The deli sandwiches are all good! I went with the turkey and it was perfect after paddling. Just let them know any dietary restrictions when you book!

I’m super excited! I got this as a surprise gift for my partner for our anniversary. It’s perfect since we both love kayaking and snorkeling. The whole thing is guided, which is awesome because I don't wanna be lost in the rainforest! Plus, I really hope we see some turtles while snorkeling. Anyone have tips for making the most of it?

Did the Hanalei kayak tour last week - amazing experience!

Just got back from the tour and WOW, I can’t recommend it enough! The guide was super knowledgeable about the local wildlife and we saw so many fish while snorkeling! The cookies they gave us after paddling were a nice treat, too. If you’re considering it, just do it! It’s worth every penny!
