A: Hey! There isn't a strict weight limit for the snorkeling gear, but keep in mind that the flotation vests and fins are standard sizes. Most people find them comfortable, but if you're on the higher end, it might be worth checking in with the provider beforehand just to be safe.

Q: How strict is the cancellation policy? Planning this for next week but might need to reschedule.

A: The cancellation policy is pretty clear. If you cancel at least 6 days in advance, you get a full refund. Between 3 to 5 days, it’s half. Anything less than that, unfortunately, you won’t get a refund unless Hanauma Bay closes due to weather. So definitely plan ahead if you think you might need to change dates!

Q: What should we wear for the snorkeling tour? Any tips on clothing?

A: Great question! Wear a swimsuit under your clothes since you’ll be getting in the water. I suggest a rash guard or sunscreen, since the sun can be intense in Hawaii. Also, bring a towel and maybe a sun hat for after snorkeling. Don’t forget to wear comfy sandals for walking around the beach!

Just did the Hanauma Bay snorkeling tour - it was amazing!

I went on the 6:30 tour last week, and it was the best experience! The pickup from Waikiki was super convenient, and the guides were really friendly. The bay was gorgeous! Just a heads up, don’t forget the $25 entry fee! The snorkeling gear they provided was great too. I saw so many colorful fish! Totally recommend this as a gift or for a fun outing.
