Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this pasta workshop? Can kids join?

A: Yes, kids can join the workshop! While it's geared more towards adults, the hands-on nature of the class is pretty engaging for younger ones too. Just make sure they’re supervised since we’ll be working with some tools and heat. It’s a fun way for families to bond over cooking!

Q: What should I wear to the workshop? Anything specific I need?

A: Wear something comfy! Aprons are provided, but you might want to wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little flour or sauce on. Closed-toe shoes are a must since we’ll be moving around the kitchen a lot. Just be ready to have fun and get your hands a little dirty!

Q: What if I need to reschedule my class? Is that possible?

A: Absolutely! They are really flexible with rescheduling. Just reach out to them at least 48 hours in advance, and they’ll help you find another date that works. So if something comes up, don’t sweat it!

Discussions

Just took the Handmade Sourdough Pasta Workshop and it was AMAZING!

I can't believe how much fun I had at the Sourdough Pasta Workshop in Scottsdale! The instructor was super chill and really knowledgeable about the sourdough starter. We got a warm welcome drink and got to know the starter, which is 19 years old—like, how cool is that? We made the dough from scratch, rolled it out, and shaped it into fettuccine. The best part was eating what we made together. Highly recommend for date night or a fun group activity!
