Calling all foodies! We'd love to take you on a Food Tour neighborhood adventure in Harvard Square!  Join us for a delicious culinary adventure through historical Harvard Square. You'll hear interesting stories about the Square, learn fun facts about the places we visit, and sample the best and most interesting food around -- and a lot of it. Located right outside of Boston in Cambridge on the Red Line MBTA Train Stop, Harvard Square is home to Harvard University and also has a flourishing food scene with some of the best and most unique food in the city.  Each tour is 2 hours and includes 5 stops with plenty of food and less than a mile of walking. We can't wait to take you on a unique, foodie adventure! While we can accommodate gluten or dairy-free options on our other tours, on this tour there are two stops where gluten or dairy-free substitutions are not available unfortunately.

Q: Are there any age limits for the food tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd say it's best suited for adults or teens who can appreciate a culinary experience. Kids are welcome, too, but keep in mind that some food might be more sophisticated for younger taste buds. Just make sure they’re okay with walking about a mile in around 2 hours!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

A: They typically run the tour rain or shine since most of it can be done under awnings or inside food places. If it’s really bad, you can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Just check their cancellation policy to be safe. They want everyone to have a good time!

Q: Is parking a hassle near Harvard Square?

A: Parking can be tricky around Harvard Square, especially during peak hours. I recommend using the MBTA Red Line to get there; it drops you right at the square! If you drive, plan to arrive early to find a spot, or look for public lots nearby. It’s easier and way less stressful!

Just did the Harvard Square food tour and loved it!

Hey everyone! I went on the Harvard Square Cambridge Food & Walking Tour last weekend and it was a blast! We hit 5 awesome spots and tried everything from fresh pastries to unique sandwiches. The guide was super knowledgeable and shared fun tidbits about the area. It lasted about 2 hours and was perfect for my foodie friend’s birthday gift! Just a heads up, they don’t do gluten-free at two stops, so check ahead if that’s a concern. Overall, highly recommend it!
