Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Haunted Village Walking Tour?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but I would recommend it for ages 12 and up due to some of the stories being pretty intense. It's definitely suitable for teens and adults, but you might want to think about how sensitive younger kids are to spooky tales! Just check with the provider if you have any doubters in your group.

Q: What should we wear for the tour? It’s NYC in the fall.

A: Definitely dress in layers! NYC can get chilly in the fall, especially at night, and you'll be outside for a bit. A warm jacket, comfy shoes, and maybe a hat will keep you cozy while you explore the haunted spots. Don't forget your camera—there's a lot to see!

Q: What happens if it rains? Is there a rain date?

A: If it rains, the tour will usually still run unless it's really severe weather. They say to check with them a day before, and they can reschedule if needed. Just bring an umbrella if the forecast looks iffy. It adds a spooky vibe anyway!

Just did the Haunted Village Walking Tour—Such a blast!

I went on the Haunted Village Walking Tour last week in Greenwich Village, and it was honestly one of the best things I've done in NYC! Matthew, the guide, knows his stuff. The stories about the graveyard and the haunted bar were super creepy. The bar was really old-school and had a great vibe. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially if you’re into ghost stories. Plus, it only costs $0.00! Can't beat that!

Considering this Haunted Tour as a gift—thoughts?

I’m thinking about gifting the Haunted Village Walking Tour to my sister who loves spooky stuff. Has anyone done it recently? What was your favorite part? I want to make sure it’s worth it before I buy it. She’ll love the stories, but I’m worried about logistics for a group of 6.
