Our standard basket moped allows you to be ready for any activity while exploring O'ahu. Plenty of storage for your helmet, beach gear or shopping bags the standard basket is our most easy to ride moped with plenty of performance to explore the south and east shores. Easily navigate our scenic coastal roads toward Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, the Blowhole, Sandy Beach, Waimanalo and Kailua. Our staff will teach any rider, so there is no concern if this is your first time riding a moped in Hawaii.

A: Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old to rent a moped in Hawaii. Make sure you have a valid driver's license too! If you're under 18, you can still ride if accompanied by an adult who has a license. Just check with the rental place if you have any specific questions!

Q: Can I reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Totally! They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling due to weather. Just give them a call as soon as you realize it’s going to be a washout. They’ll help you find another day that works for you!

Q: What should I wear while riding a moped?

A: Definitely wear something comfy! Shorts and a t-shirt are fine, but a light jacket might be good for early mornings. Don’t forget sunscreen and sunglasses! Helmets are included, but they’re not mandatory, so just be safe and dress for the sun.

Wow, just got back from a full day of riding around O'ahu on the moped from Hawaiian Style Rentals! We hit up Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, and even made it to Sandy Beach.
