Q&A
A: The age limit for parasailing is usually around 5 years old, but kids need to be able to fit into the harness properly. If you're gifting this experience to a family, just make sure the kids meet the weight requirements too—generally, it's between 90 lbs to 450 lbs for safety. Always call ahead if you have specific concerns!
A: I'd recommend wearing a swimsuit because you might get wet—especially if you’re going to be lifted over the water! A rash guard or light cover-up is also great for sun protection. Don’t forget sunglasses and a strap, so they don’t fly away up there!
A: High Life Parasail will usually notify you if there's a weather cancellation. If they do, you can reschedule easily with them. Just keep an eye on the weather forecast as the day approaches, and it helps to have a backup date in mind just in case!

Thinking of gifting the High Life Parasail experience—any thoughts?
I’m considering giving this parasailing experience in Fort Lauderdale to my sister for her birthday. She’s adventurous but has never been parasailing before. What do you think? Is it worth it? Any tips from those who've done it?
Anyone done the High Life Parasail? How was it?
I did the High Life Parasail last week in Fort Lauderdale and wow, what a rush! We flew up to 800ft over the Atlantic, and it was so peaceful up there. I saw a bunch of sea turtles swimming below. Just a heads up, it can be a bit scary at first, but once you’re up, it’s magical. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a fun gift or even just for themselves!
