Q&A
A: Great question! Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking quite a bit, especially on the High Line. The weather can change quickly in NYC, so dress in layers. A light jacket or sweater might be useful, especially if you’re going in the cooler months. You’ll want to enjoy the food tastings without feeling too hot or cold!
A: There’s no strict age limit, and kids can definitely join! It’s a family-friendly experience. Just keep in mind that some food items might not appeal to younger kids, but there's usually a variety to choose from. Plus, the tour guide is great with families!
A: If it rains, the tour usually goes on unless the weather is really bad. It’s best to check with the provider beforehand. They can help you reschedule if needed, but they’re pretty flexible with changes. Just be prepared with an umbrella if the forecast looks sketchy!

Just got back from the High Line and Greenwich Village Food Tour – amazing!
I took the High Line and Greenwich Village Food Tour last weekend, and wow, it was such a great experience! Walking the High Line with the beautiful scenery and then diving into Greenwich Village's food was incredible. We had the best pizza at Joe's and even tried some fresh mozzarella from a local shop. Our guide was super knowledgeable, sharing stories that made everything feel so alive. Would totally recommend it as a gift for foodies or anyone visiting NYC!
Thinking about gifting the High Line and Food Tour – any advice?
I’m considering this for my sister's birthday since she loves NYC and food. Have any of you done it? Is there enough food to make it a lunch, or should I plan something else for her afterward? Also, how’s the vibe? Is it a casual enough experience?
