Q&A

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do we get a refund or can we reschedule?

A: If weather conditions are unsafe, the High Roller might close temporarily, but they usually let you reschedule your ticket for another day. Just keep an eye on the weather forecast before you go. You can also reach out to customer service for specific inquiries about your booking.

Q: Is the open bar option worth it? How's the drink selection?

A: Totally worth it! The Happy Half Hour lets you enjoy unlimited drinks while you're on the ride. They have a nice selection, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Just make sure to pace yourself since the views can be a little distracting!

Q: What should we wear? Is it air-conditioned inside the pods?

A: The pods are air-conditioned, so you don't need to worry too much about the heat. Casual wear is perfect! Just make sure you're comfortable, especially if you're planning to drink. And don’t forget your camera for those views!

Considering the High Roller for my friend's birthday!

I'm really thinking about getting the High Roller tickets for my friend's birthday next month. I heard the views are insane! I’m curious about the Happy Half Hour option—anyone know if it’s worth the extra cash? The idea of sipping cocktails while floating above Vegas is pretty tempting!

Just did the High Roller for my 30th! Wow!

I celebrated my birthday on the High Roller, and it was amazing! The views were unreal, especially at sunset. We did the Happy Half Hour, and honestly, best decision ever. If you're thinking about it for a gift or just a fun night out, I highly recommend it. Just be prepared for a little wait in line, but it’s worth it!
