Q: What happens if the weather isn't great on the day we book the zipline tour?

A: If weather conditions aren't safe for ziplining, the tour company will typically reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. It's a good idea to monitor the weather leading up to your booking and stay in touch with the provider. They’re pretty accommodating if you have to change plans because of the weather!

Q: Is there an age limit for the zipline? My kids are 10 and 12.

A: There’s no strict age limit, but kids must weigh at least 40 lbs to participate. Since your kids are 10 and 12, they should be good as long as they meet the weight requirement. Just make sure they’re comfortable with heights and outdoor activities!

Q: How's parking at the zipline location? We’re renting a car.

A: Parking is pretty straightforward! There’s a large lot right at the zipline location, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a spot. Just get there a little early to grab the best parking. The views are great while you wait!

I'm considering getting the Hilo Waterfall Zipline experience for my girlfriend's birthday. We’ll be cruising into Hilo next month! I know it includes pickup from the port which is a plus. Just did the Hilo Waterfall Zipline—what a rush!

I just got back from the zipline tour and it was incredible! The guides were super fun and made everyone feel safe. The last zip line over the 250ft waterfall was the highlight for sure. It felt like flying! I’d totally recommend this for anyone visiting Hilo. Worth every penny!
