Along the way, the guide will detail the local history & ecosystem, navigate toward iconic Hilton Head sights like the Harbourtown lighthouse, and show you wildlife whenever possible (such as different bird species or the Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphin). A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, the tour provider will usually try to reschedule you for another date. It's best to call Lowcountry Watersports directly if you're worried about a specific date, though. They’ve been really flexible with my group when we had to change our plans due to rain.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for driving the Creek Cat?

A: Yes! You need to be at least 18 years old to drive the Creek Cat. However, younger guests can ride along in the boat with an adult. So, it's perfect for families looking for an adventurous outing together!

Q: What should I wear for this water tour? Is it a wet ride?

A: Wear comfortable clothes and definitely bring a swimsuit! You might get splashed a bit, but it's mostly a dry ride. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and sunglasses—those rays can be pretty strong out there!

Had the best time on the Creek Cat tour!

I took the guided water tour last weekend, and it was a blast! Cruising around and learning about Hilton Head’s ecosystem from our guide was so much fun. We even spotted some dolphins! The little boats are super quick, like go-karts on water—definitely a unique experience. Highly recommend it for a fun day out!
