A: Yes, drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license to operate the jet ski. Unfortunately, your 17-year-old won't be able to ride solo. They might be able to ride as a passenger with an adult who's qualified, but it's best to double-check with Lowcountry Watersports.

Q: What should we wear for the sunset jet ski tour? Is it cold at night?

A: Definitely wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little wet! A swimsuit with a light jacket or windbreaker should be fine. It can get chilly when the sun sets, but the ride keeps you warm. Just check the forecast for the day too!

Q: What if the weather's bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather is unsafe, they will definitely reschedule your tour. Lowcountry Watersports is pretty good about watching the forecast and keeping you updated. Just make sure to call them ahead of time and they'll help you find another time that works.

I just got back from the Hilton Head Island sunset jet ski adventure and wow, it was INCREDIBLE! The scenery was stunning and the team at Lowcountry Watersports was super nice and helpful. We saw dolphins at sunset, which was such a bonus! Definitely recommended!
