Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit! Families with kids of all ages can join. It's a great way for little ones to learn about marine life and maybe spot some dolphins too. Just make sure to keep an eye on them since the sandbar can get slippery.
A: Rescheduling is pretty straightforward! You just need to give them a call at least 24 hours in advance. They’re really accommodating as long as you notify them on time. Just check their cancellation policy for any specific details.
A: The morning cruises are generally better for dolphin watching! Dolphins are quite active early in the day. Just make sure to book in advance since they fill up quickly. Late afternoon can be nice too, but the chances of seeing them drop a bit.

Just got back from the Vanishing Island cruise and WOW!
We took the Hilton Head Vanishing Island & Beachcombing Cruise last weekend and it was a blast! The kids loved collecting shells and we spotted dolphins right next to the boat. The guide was super knowledgeable about the area too. Just a heads-up, make sure to wear sunscreen and maybe some water shoes, the sand can get hot! Highly recommend it for families.
Thinking of gifting this cruise, any tips?
I’m considering giving my parents the Vanishing Island cruise for their anniversary. They love being outdoors and I've heard great things! Any tips on what they should bring or what to expect? Would love to hear from anyone who's done it!
