Q: Is there an age limit for the Historical Treme Walking Tour?

A: There's no strict age limit for the Historical Treme Walking Tour. It's great for all ages! Just keep in mind that it involves walking, so little kids might need a stroller or to be carried. Also, the guide does make it engaging for everyone, which is a plus!

Q: What should I wear for this walking tour? Any tips?

A: Comfortable shoes are a must since there's a lot of walking! I’d also recommend lightweight clothing, especially in the summer, since it can get really hot. A hat and sunscreen are smart too. Don't forget to bring water—staying hydrated is key!

Q: Is it easy to find parking near the Treme for the tour?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky since it's street parking. I recommend arriving a little early to find a spot! You might get lucky with a space on the nearby streets. Alternatively, rideshare services like Uber or Lyft can save you the hassle!

Just did the Historical Treme Walking Tour and it was amazing!

I recently went on the Historical Treme Walking Tour and I can't recommend it enough! Our guide was a local artist who shared incredible stories about the culture and history of the area. I loved learning about the Free People of Color and how they contributed to New Orleans' rich heritage. The Lagniappe included was a nice touch too—got a little postcard of the neighborhood. It lasted about 2 hours, which was perfect for me!

Considering the Treme Tour as a gift—thoughts?

Hey everyone! I’m thinking about getting the Historical Treme Walking Tour for my history-loving friend’s birthday. Has anyone done this? What's the vibe like? I want to make sure it’s a good experience and not just a boring lecture.
