Q&A

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the cruise?

A: If the weather is poor, they might cancel or reschedule the cruise for safety reasons. They usually notify you ahead of time. Just keep an eye on the forecast! If it’s a light drizzle, they might still go ahead. Definitely check their cancellation policy when booking.

Q: Is this experience good for kids? What ages would you recommend?

A: Totally! Kids usually love the lights and s'mores. It’s suitable for all ages, but really young ones might need some extra supervision by the firepit. Just keep an eye on them when they’re around the fire, since it can get a little toasty!

Q: How long does the whole experience usually last?

A: The cruise itself lasts about an hour, then you’ll have time around the firepit for s'mores and hanging out. In total, you’re looking at around 2-2.5 hours for the whole experience. It’s really nice and laid-back!

Thinking about gifting the Holiday Light Cruise experience!

I'm considering this Holiday Light Cruise with s'mores for my parents for Christmas. They love this kind of festive stuff! Is it as good as it sounds? What was the vibe like? I read that it's along the decorated shoreline in Austin. Do you really get to see a lot of lights? Any tips on what to wear?

Just did the Holiday Light Cruise, and it was magical!

Wow, what an experience! The boat ride along the decorated shoreline was beautiful, especially the view of 360 Bridge all lit up. Once we got to the cove, hanging out by the firepit with s'mores was the best. If you’re thinking about it, go for it! Just be sure to dress warm and bring a cozy blanket. Highly recommend!
