Q: Is there a limit on how many people can use this service at once?

A: Yes, the Sprinter can accommodate up to 14 passengers at once, which is perfect for larger families or groups. If you're planning to bring more than that, you might need to book multiple Sprinters. Just make sure to mention your group size when you book to ensure they have the right vehicle ready for you.

Q: What happens if my flight is delayed? Will they still pick us up?

A: They monitor your flight status, so even if your flight is delayed, they'll adjust accordingly and still be there to pick you up. It's so nice to not have to stress about that! Just make sure to communicate if any changes arise.

Q: What should I wear for the ride? Anything special?

A: There's no strict dress code! Most people wear casual, beach-friendly clothing since you're hopping right off the plane. Just keep in mind that the van has air conditioning, so a light sweater might be nice if you're coming from a warm place.

I recently booked the Honolulu Airport Arrival Sprinter service for my family's trip to Oahu. We had about 12 people, so the Sprinter was a great fit! They offered us bottled water, which was a nice touch after a long flight. Our driver was super friendly and even pointed out some cool spots on the way to our hotel in Waikiki.
