Just keep in mind that some areas can have uneven terrain, so perhaps plan for comfortable walking shoes. Overall, it’s a lovely day out for all ages!

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: If it rains, you can definitely reschedule! Just contact Welcome Pickups at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour, and they’ll help you find a new date. The tour is great in nice weather, but they understand that rain can put a damper on things, so they’re flexible about rescheduling!

Q: How long does the tour usually last? I want to plan for lunch afterward.

A: It’s about 7 hours total, which includes your time at each stop. Most people enjoy a leisurely pace, so you can definitely fit in lunch in Cold Spring! There are some charming cafes to choose from, and the driver can recommend places based on what you’re in the mood for.

I just got back from the Hudson Valley tour and it was fantastic! The views from the Boscobel Gardens were breathtaking. The driver was super nice too. I think my favorite part was walking around Cold Spring Village. The antique shops are a hidden gem! Would love to hear other people’s experiences.
