Q&A

Q: Are kids allowed on the Kauai Honey and Bee Tour, and what age do they need to be?

A: Yes, kids can join the tour, but they need to be at least 8 years old to participate. They’ll also get to wear their own bee suits, which is pretty cool! Just check in with the farm beforehand if you have younger kids. It’s fun for the whole family!

Q: What's the weather like usually during the tour? Do they cancel for rain?

A: Kauai can be pretty unpredictable! If it rains, they usually try to keep the tour on schedule unless it’s really bad. Just bring a light jacket in case, and they provide everything else. If they need to cancel, they’ll let you know ahead of time.

Q: What should we wear to the Honey and Bee Tour? Any special tips?

A: You’ll get a bee suit provided, so you don’t have to worry about that. Just wear comfortable shoes that can get dirty, like sneakers or sturdy sandals. It’s a farm, so keep that in mind. Bring sunscreen and a hat too!

Just booked the Kauai Honey and Bee Tour for my friend’s birthday!

I’m super excited about gifting this tour! The honey tasting sounds amazing, and I love that we’ll get to hold a frame from a live hive! I hope my friend isn’t too freaked out by the bees 😂. Has anyone tried the different Hawaiian honey flavors? What was your favorite?

Thinking about trying the Honey and Bee Tour with my family!

We’re visiting Kauai next month and I found this tour. Sounds like a unique experience! My kids are 10 and 12. Do you think they’ll enjoy it? I just want to make sure it’s not too boring for them.
