Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but it's definitely best suited for teens and adults who have some climbing experience. The guides will assess everyone's skills before starting and make sure everyone is safe and capable. If you’re considering this for a younger climber, just reach out to Stay Rad Climbing Guides to see if they feel it's a good fit!
A: Stay Rad Climbing Guides will usually reschedule if the weather isn't safe for climbing, like heavy rain or storms. They’ll do their best to give you a heads up, and you can easily contact them to find a new date. It’s really flexible, so you shouldn’t worry too much!
A: Comfort is key! Wear athletic clothing that allows for movement—think stretchy pants and a moisture-wicking shirt. You’ll get a harness, so just avoid anything too baggy that could get caught. Good shoes are provided, but if you have your own climbing shoes, bring those too for a better fit!

Just did the Intermediate Rock Climbing in Mocanaqua and it was AMAZING!
I took the Intermediate Rock Climbing course last weekend with Stay Rad Climbing Guides, and wow, it was such an awesome experience! The instructors really tailored the lessons to what I wanted to focus on. I worked on my footwork and learned some new techniques about anchors that I've been wanting to improve. The scenery in the Pocono Mountains was stunning too! Totally recommend this for anyone looking to take their climbing to the next level.
Considering gifting the Intermediate Rock Climbing Experience!
I'm looking into giving this rock climbing experience to my sister, who's been climbing indoors for a while. I think she's ready to tackle outdoor climbing! Anyone have thoughts on how the guides are? Is it beginner-friendly even for someone who's not super experienced outdoors?
