Q&A
A: Yes, kids can definitely join the class! It's a great family activity. As long as they’re 8 or older, they're good to go. Just keep in mind that younger kids might need a little extra help from parents during the process. The studio is really accommodating!
A: Rescheduling is pretty flexible! You just need to give them a heads up at least 24 hours before your class. They’ll help you find another date that works for you. Just shoot them an email or call them directly!
A: Definitely wear something you don’t mind getting a bit dirty! The clay can be messy, so old clothes or an apron are a good idea. Also, closed-toe shoes are recommended since you’re using equipment that can get a bit slippery.

Just did the pottery wheel throwing class and loved it!
Hey everyone, I just came back from the Intro to Pottery Wheel Throwing at MAS Mercado Art Studio in Fort Lauderdale. Seriously, what a fun experience! The instructor was super chill and walked us through everything. I made a cute mug (it’s a bit wobbly but whatever, right?). The studio is nice and laid back, and I loved that we got to glaze our pieces at the end. Totally recommend this for a unique gift or just a fun day out!
Thinking of gifting the pottery class for my friend's birthday!
So, I'm considering getting the pottery wheel throwing class for my best friend’s birthday. She's always loved artsy stuff, but I’m not sure if she’d enjoy the wheel throwing. Has anyone tried this or think it’d be a hit? Just wanna make sure it’s not too complicated for a beginner.
