A: Yes, the minimum age is 12 for the Intro to Rock Climbing course. However, minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. It's a great experience for families or teens looking to try something new! Just make sure to check if your kids are comfortable with heights before signing them up.
A: Absolutely! You can reschedule your Intro to Rock Climbing session as long as you give at least 48 hours notice. Just reach out to Stay Rad Climbing Guides, and they’ll help you find a new date that works. It's super flexible which is great!
A: Wear something comfortable that allows you to move easily. Leggings or shorts with a t-shirt works great! Also, since you’ll be outside, check the weather and bring a light jacket if it's chilly. Don’t stress about climbing shoes; they provide those!
