Q&A
A: Yes, generally participants need to be at least 12 years old due to the equipment and heat involved. If you’re thinking about taking a younger kid, you might want to call the Melting Point directly to ask about specific age-related guidelines or if they offer family-friendly sessions.
A: Definitely wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting a bit dirty! Closed-toed shoes are a must since you'll be working with hot glass. Long sleeves are also a good idea to protect your arms from the heat. Don't worry too much about looking stylish—focus on being safe and comfortable.
A: Yes, they allow rescheduling! Just make sure to give them a call or email at least 48 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Just double-check their cancellation policy on their website to be safe.

Thinking of gifting the Sedona glassblowing workshop!
Hey everyone! I'm considering giving my sister the Intro to Glassblowing workshop at The Melting Point in Sedona for her birthday. She’s always been into artsy stuff, and this sounds amazing! Has anyone tried it? What was your experience like? I’m wondering if it’s beginner-friendly and how long the session usually runs.
Just attended the glassblowing workshop and WOW!
I just got back from the glassblowing workshop in Sedona, and it was incredible! The Melting Point facility is top-notch. I made this tiny glass vase (not perfect, but I’m proud!). The instructors were super patient. Definitely wear comfy clothes, and don't be afraid to ask questions! Anyone else had a great experience?
