Many clients leave feeling at peace, relaxed and feeling confident about how their journey will unfold. A: Absolutely! Jane is really great at guiding first-timers through the experience. She explains everything and makes you feel super comfortable. Plus, it's tailored to your needs, so you can just go in and be open to whatever comes up. No prior experience is needed! Just wear comfy clothes and be ready to relax.

Q: What should I wear to the Intuitive Energy Healing session?

A: I'd suggest wearing loose, comfy clothing. You'll be lying down for a part of the session and you want to feel relaxed. Maybe bring a light sweater too, as it can get a bit chilly during sound healing. Just be yourself and wear what makes you comfortable!

Q: How does the weather affect the session? Is it indoors?

A: The sessions are held indoors at Violet Flame Healing, so weather won’t affect it! Even if it’s rainy or cold outside, you’ll be warm and cozy inside. Just make sure to check the scheduling as sometimes they might need to adjust timing due to heavy storms or other factors, but it’s rare.
