I will work directly with Spirit to bring in messages, guidance and healing energy. I can also ask to bring in loved ones who have crossed over- to share their messages with you. A: There’s no strict age limit! Many people bring their teens along, especially if they’re exploring personal growth. Just make sure your teenager is open to the experience, as it's very personal and can be emotional. Joy is great at creating a safe space for everyone.

Q: What's the typical duration of the session? How should I prepare?

A: Sessions usually last about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on how many questions you have. To prepare, it’s good to come with an open mind and maybe write down a few things you want to ask about. Wearing comfortable clothes is also a plus since the space is all about relaxation and healing.

Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment? Is it easy?

A: Rescheduling is usually straightforward! Just reach out to Joy's team as soon as you can. They’re pretty accommodating and understand that life happens. Just keep an eye on their cancellation policy in case you need to push it back more than once.
